It highlights what’s working well, where improvements can be made and where new opportunities may exist.

Innovation Audit


You will have a one-to-one conversation with your assigned Innovation Officer, a member of the Innovate+ team, to chat through your Innovation Audit results. This is an opportunity to explore your business in more detail your current priorities, future plans, and what you’re aiming to achieve.

A tailored plan that sets out clear steps to help your business develop new ideas, make improvements and move forward with confidence.


Based on your Innovation Management Plan, you will be guided towards the supports that best suit your business.

This may include:
