Innovate+ Workshop: Taking Your First Steps with Generative AI delivered by Ulster University

As part of the Innovate+ programme, Ulster University will deliver an introductory workshop designed to help SMEs explore the practical opportunities and considerations surrounding Generative AI.

The session will provide a clear, non-technical introduction to GenAI and how it can be applied within everyday business environments. Participants will explore the capabilities and limitations of AI tools, gain practical experience interacting with large language models, and examine real-world business use cases relevant to SMEs.

    • Practical business applications of GenAI tools

    • Effective prompting techniques

    • Productivity and efficiency opportunities

    • Responsible and safe use of AI in a business setting

    • Common risks, limitations and considerations
