Innovate+ Executive Assistant

Since joining Ulster University, David has supported both the Business School and the School of Computing on AI-focused innovation projects. He has developed experience in business operations, stakeholder engagement and project coordination, supporting the delivery of Innovate+ programme services and client activities that help SMEs adopt digital innovation, artificial intelligence and data-driven approaches.

David brings a diverse professional background, with previous experience in finance and business development within the automotive sector. Alongside this, he has more than 15 years’ experience as a business owner, engaging with clients and industry partners across Ireland’s events and hospitality industry.

Within Innovate+, David supports day-to-day project activities, helping to coordinate programme delivery and ensure a smooth and effective experience for participating businesses.
