Innovate+ Operations Manager

Caroline is a skilled project manager with nearly 30 years’ experience in SME funding, innovation and commercialisation.  Following an early career in corporate finance and venture capital, Caroline led Ulster’s technology innovation and commercialisation strategy before moving into research project management. Her experience in the successful delivery of collaborative industry-university funded projects will be targeted towards the delivery of Innovate+ programme services and client support activities designed by Ulster University to enable SMEs embrace digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sustainable business practices, and regulatory compliance.

Caroline will provide guidance and assistance for all project activities, ensuring excellence in operations and programme delivery.
